1010 Steel: is a common, plain carbon, steel grade with minimal to moderate strength and toughness properties. 1010 steel is economical and often selected for low-demand, commonplace applications.
Milspec: Military standards are most often defined by an efficient operation and substantial longevity in inhospitable or rugged conditions and environments.
Flat Washers: primarily used with other hardware, such as nuts and bolts to distribute forces in the process of tightening. Tightness is determined by pattern features such as nominal screw sizes, screw pitch thread, interior and exterior diameter ratios and height.
