Brass Aerospace Flat Washers - Request for Information

Brass:  is created from alloying copper and zinc.  Properties such as malleability, strength, and wear resistance may be modified according to other elements introduced through the alloyed process. 

Aerospace:  deals with the development and manufacturing of products, structures, materials and devices used in aircrafts and spacecrafts.  Aerospace industrial standards are established based on the extreme temperature, pressure and ware exposure faced in air and spacecraft operations.  

Flat Washers:  primarily used with other hardware, such as nuts and bolts to distribute forces in the process of tightening.  Tightness is determined by pattern features such as nominal screw sizes, screw pitch thread, interior and exterior diameter ratios and height.
