Order Cancellation Policy

Any confirmed order that has been placed and entered into the Superior system will have a cancellation charge of $25.00, provided no material has been purchased and/or no partial items have been pulled from stock. If stock has been pulled and must be re-entered, the charge will be $50.00. If the raw material has been ordered and Superior is unable to cancel, the customer is responsible for the cost of raw material plus freight. If item has entered tooling and die department, a $75 cancellation fee will take place.

Order Acknowledgement Policy

Customers placing orders by E-Mail/Fax must have an acknowledgement back from us within 24 Hours by E-Mail/Fax as proof that your order/orders have been received. Superior Washer & Gasket Corp accepts no responsibility without that acknowledgement.


Any shortages must be reported within 14 days from date of receipt.

Warranty Policy

Superior Washer and Gasket Corporation warrants to the buyer for a period of twenty-four (24) months after acceptance of items that all goods supplied are free from faults and defects and conforms to drawings and specifications set forth on the purchase order. All orders are considered final after 30 days from date of receipt.

Return Policy

Any material, which is proven to be non-conforming by both seller and buyer or an independent laboratory if necessary may be returned at the sellers expense for full credit or repair or prompt replacement of the product, with an authorized RMA number supplied by Superior Washer and Gasket Corp.

Freight Policy

All freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Superior Washer & Gasket Corp. assumes no liability for freight charges on customer orders. Delivery dates quoted are approximate schedule dates only and are subject to variance due to late material delivery, tooling and equipment malfunction and unforeseen manufacturing circumstances. An exception to this policy exists only in the event that Superior Washer and the buyer maintain a written stocking agreement and a late delivery is attributable to Superior's actions.

Shelf Life of Product

Superior Washer and Gasket Corporation will not be responsible for product that is uncoated and rusts after 30 days from receipt of product. Product may be returned at buyer's expense for repair or replacement.

Conflict Mineral Policy

Superior Washer & Gasket Corp. has implemented a policy meant to ensure that purchasing of all materials is done through reliable and conflict-free external providers throughout the globe.

Superior Washer & Gasket Corp. requires suppliers to provide written evidence documenting that any raw materials containing gold, tin, tantalum and tungsten, originate from outside the Conflict Region. Our policy is intended to ensure that only "conflict free" materials are used in the products we manufacture.

If an approved external provider is unable to provide proof of purchase/procurement of conflict-free metals, they risk losing approved external provider status with Superior Washer & Gasket Corp. If you have any questions or comments please contact us

UPS/FEDEX Damage Policy

If boxes are received damaged via UPS/FED EX it is the customer's responsibility to hold onto these damaged boxes. Superior Washer cannot guarantee credits for missing pieces without the damaged box being available for UPS/FED EX investigations.
