The IMAGE program, also known as ICE Mutual Agreement between Government and Employers, is dedicated to building partnerships that foster legitimate hiring practices and ensure a fully compliant U.S.-based workplace.
The IMAGE program connects American companies with educational materials and resources to ensure their potential job candidates are authorized to work in the United States. Companies participating in the program have access to special training, the E-Verify employment eligibility verification program, and guidance on how to detect vulnerabilities in their current hiring methods.

With over a hundred individuals employed between their Hauppague, NY and Rock Hill, SC production facilities, the industrial and mil-spec manufacturer is greatly invested in building a strong and qualified team of professionals.

Superior Washer & Gasket Corp. is honored to be a formal member of the program.”
By hiring only authorized, lawful employees and maintaining best practices as a proud producer of American-made goods, Superior Washer & Gasket Corp. has further asserted their commitment to contributing to a level playing field for all domestic manufacturers. Though the company’s participation in the IMAGE program is a recent development, their thorough employment eligibility standards and their compliance with lawful hiring practices have been mainstays of their operations for decades.
