What are the differences between HDPE and UHMW-PE washers?

UHMW-PE has an extremely high molecular weight that gives it significantly better wear resistance, impact resistance, and load-bearing capability than HDPE, at a higher cost. For demanding wear applications, UHMW-PE is the better choice.
